Duelist's Gloves!

I've been quite disappointed on my Dynamis attendance recently. Due to some rl issues, I had missed a few runs. I did not have northlands access and it is now a rule that you must be online and claim your northlands attendance, so that's another few runs gone. Additionally, some of the runs that I have attended were credited to wednesdays.

So it turned out that this sunday morning, I did not have lotting rights. I was even wondering if I should attend {Dynamis-Bastok} as it would be sad to see RDM Relic drop and not be able to lot. In the end, I did go to dynamis.

About halfway through the run, a pair of Duelist's Gloves dropped. My heart went drop drop drop as well..... however, it turns out that all the main lot RDMs present already have this piece! So I quickly ask if I may lot the piece as I am main lot but do not have attendance. I got the go ahead and I get a Duelist's Gloves on a 3xx lot! Yay! That's my very first Relic Armor piece! I wonder if I will ever get the entire set lol. I strongly doubt my lotting luck.

Talking about low lots, towards the end of the run, we were asked to pass the 1cc.. I was passing and accidentally clicked on "Cast Lots" without realising what I did. I was asked to pass and of course I did. When I went back to look at my lot.. it was a freaking 915!!!! I get high lots for stuff I don't want and low lots for stuff I want .... ; ;

I've also completed my CSes until the airship fight. I've gone into the airship BC and it's way cool! Only thing is I forgot to bring a way to transport myself out of the BC. Once you enter the BC proper, you cannot exit it. I had to d/c myself in order to exit the BC. It was not until I had done that did I realise that I would not have lost any exp if I had died in the BC..... Oh well!

Currently about 22K into buffer, I will need to work on that buffer soon. 2-3 more dynamises and that buffer will be gone.

Just A Gold Key Stands Between Me And CoP 6-1

It's been a good day! Started the day with {Dynamis - San d'Oria}. It's the last town Dynamis I need and with this, I no longer get free attendances for {Dynamis - Beaucedine} runs /cry . Also... what' worse.. is that I'd have to start leveling melee!! I'd need Drk for {Dynamis - Xarcabard} .



We wiped a few times during the run, mainly due to sac pulling and once to Mijin but we still won. Due to some database issues, I was not eligible to lot for equipment, but no RDM gear dropped anyway. The attendance issue should be sorted out really soon.

Straight after Dynamis, I went on to do CoP. We were stuck on the 5-3 Snoll fight and so we went back there. I made a boo boo upfront lol. I forgot I was supposed to be RDM. Fortunately my gear was on my main. After a quick warp, gear collection and OP, we were off to fight the snolls!

2RDM, 2 BLM, 1 PLD and 1 SMN was the team and we managed to take down the snoll this time. If you don't have enough spike firepower, please bring more Shu Meyu salts and salt diligently! You seriously want a lot of dmg fast. Stuff like BLM with AM, SMN with {Astral Flow} or RDM with {Chainspell} nukes.

The Mithran Trackers we fought were actually nice people!

After the Snoll fight, we decided to do the Louverance path Moblin BC. This is my favourite path hehehe!! The moblins are so cute lol ^^ Can't bring myself to detest them!

And so with the completion of that fight, now all I need to do is far for a Gold Key *gasp!!* Farming!!! Then it's another CS before I go back to Cid to complete this path! Then... it's CoP 6-1!!!

Yay!

No CoP next week, so maybe I should work on that melee a bit huh? I'll think about that for a bit.............. Seriously, I will give it a thought...

Cop 5-3 Mithran Trackers Fight

After 3 tries, we finally managed to clear this fight. The first few tries we got soundly beaten with their nasty SCs. Then Axly provided a very helpful piece of information. Blackened Siredons are supposed to stop the Mithran Trackers innate TP gain ability.

So, it's off to Carpenter's Landing! Managed to get 2 of the Blackened Siredons and boy did they come in handy! Them Mithras love it!

After that we went to clear the Pso 'Xja portion of the Ulmia path. Man I love CSes. CoP Has lovely CSes. I cannot remember much from Zilart (cos I went from ZM4 to 13 in one session and I was very sleepy) but I think CoP CS = way cool. I should remember to filter chat in future, if possible. Makes for better SS and CS intoxication lol.

I still have to visit a tower in Beaucedine Glacier, but that's just CS. After clearing all 3 paths CSes, we'll just have to hop by to Cid and report on the progress of all 3 paths! Bastok is so outta the way I'm only gonna go there once.

Anyways, after clearing those 2 fights, we tried the snoll fight. That didn't go too well. Tried it in various ways for quite a few times and ended up we stopped trying at about 0730am. Man was I bushed. Sleepga time! Same fight next week!
